About the Speakers
Dr. Ed Buckner was the President of American Atheists (at the time of the debate he was the President). He has been a professor, a technical school administrator, and Executive Director of the Council for Secular Humanism (2001-2003).
Hamza Andreas Tzortzis is an international public speaker on Islam, a writer, lecturer and intellectual activist. He is particularly interested in Islam, politics, western and Islamic philosophy. Hamza has debated prominent academics and intellectuals and delivers presentations across the world on various topics.
